Job Description

This role, reporting to our center of Excellence Manager , will support in driving a culture of innovation, performance orientation, and excellence across the organization by continuously improving the quality standards. This will involve assisting in the deployment , assessment and refinement of strategic plans and implementation processes which are at par with global quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Management or similar fields.
  • Minimum eight years of progressive experience in quality management system, business excellence and process improvement.
  • Certified implementor and auditor for ISO 9001:2015
  • European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) Assessor Certification would be advantageous
  • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, project Management Professional etc. would be on added advantage.

Must have skills:

  • Excellent stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in business communication , writing reports, policies and procedures ,with excellent presentation skills.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Data driven and analytical mindset with ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • curiosity to continuously learn , improve and take up new challenges.
