Job Description

You will be the key point of contact of various business units with regards to any HR affairs.

In attending HR Hotline, you will ensure that abandoned calls are kept at a minimum and calls/queries are addressed in a timely manner.

You will be responsible in the preparation of salary certificates, experience letters and in responding to employee verification requests.

Adhoc assignments may also be assigned by your line manager from time to time as per the departmental requirement.


Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a customer service - oriented Helpdesk Executive to join our HR Team and ensure that internal and external stakeholders’ HR-related concerns are attended to in a timely manner.

You will take ownership of our HR hotline, communicate resolutions to HR-related calls, queries or requests and close calls as per company standards.

Requirements:

1. Degree qualified in HR or has equivalent HR Certifications
2. Minimum of five years experience in an HR support or helpdesk function
3. Experience in a call logging system is a must
4. Multitasker, organized and has very good time management skills
5. Excellent problem solver with an eye for detail
6. Very good English communication skills is a must -both written and verbal; Bilingual speaker is preferred
