Job Description

You will be managing an HR Helpdesk Division which is the primary contact of HR internal and external enquiries.


Desired Candidate Profile

Ideal candidate has:

1. Excellent customer service skills
2. A minimum of five years’ experience in Customer Service / Helpdesk preferably in an HR function.
3. Strong rapport, interpersonal and communication skills
4. Bilingual speakers are preferred—English & Arabic
