Job Description

Role responsibilities:

a. Contribute in developing and review of both online and offline marketing strategies including messaging, positioning, online, website, email marketing campaigns and social media.
b. Work with marketing team to brainstorm new promotions and innovative marketing strategies based on marketing calendar
c. Plan and execute online as well as offline advertising and promotional campaigns
d. Provide create ideas for content marketing and update website
e. Track and record promotion results and amend marketing measures
f. Research competitors, acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date
g. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
h. Collaborate with marketing team in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
i. Plan social media strategies and generate reports on social media and digital campaigns to demonstrate ROI
j. Create weekly, monthly, quarterly reports to measure the ROI and KPI’s
k. Uses research findings and analysis to provide direction to marketing managers regarding upcoming marketing projects, new products or services, and overall strategy
l. Maintain the department’s budget and ensures all marketing activities are cost-effective


Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a talented marketing officer to join our growing team for supporting us in all marketing related activities. In this role he/she will assist the marketing team in developing and implementing the online as well as offline marketing strategies and plans aligned with the company strategy. The marketing officer will be also responsible for the social media and digital marketing strategy, executing this in line with the overall objectives.

Must have:

a. A well- rounded digital marketing experience
b. Exposure to offline marketing activities

Ideal Candidate has:

a. Bachelor's Degree in Advertising or Marketing with 3 + years of relevant marketing experience preferably working in advertising agency with excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
b. Through understanding of social media and web analytics, email and social media marketing campaign
c. Should have Good Knowledge on Google updates, PPC SEO/SEM trends
d. Extremely responsible and able to work independently on projects and also collaborate as a team member.
e. Candidate must have Good English Communication skills, both oral and written.
f. Proficiency in MS Excel, Knowledge on Word Press and Google Certification Preferred (Analytics & AdWords)
