Job Description

Recruiter who can keep up with the growing demands of our organization for UAE Nationals.
The role will be collaboraling closely with intornal and exteral networks to drive fogether our
Emiratisation stralegy to altract, source and retain UAE nationals across the organization.
You will manage relationships with the Ministry of HR & Emiralisation and local universities with the
objective of boosting the national workforce in Al Ansar Exchange. You willrepresent us at Career
Fairs., Workshops and Seminars held for UAE National Job Seekers and drive our company's vis sity
in the National Job Market.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor Degree in HR related discipline
2. Minimum of five years experience in full cycle UAE Nafional
recruitment and onboarding Recruiter
3. Accustomed to a competitive, fast paced and KPl-driven
environment UAE National
4. Self-motivated, hardworking and proactive
5. With excellent verbal and written English & Arabic communication skills
6. Must have strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders
7. Detail-orented, organized and with exceptional time manage-
ment skills
8. Able to work under pressure autonomously
