Executive - Admin Operations

A. POSITION PURPOSE:
Assist in day-to-day administrative operations for Cash Trans and ensure all the allocated tasks are completed on time as per the business requirements.
B. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
• Provide administrative support to overall operations.
• Liaise with government authorities such as SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) and PSBD (Private Security Business Department) for training activities, operational activities, fleet management, and registration/renewal procedures.
• Maintain files, databases and track important deadlines.
• Handle time sheets in RAMS (Roster Attendance Management System).
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams such as Finance and Corporate Services for preparation of purchase orders, quotations, invoices, payment recommendations, and clearance of payments.
• Liaise with HR & Admin Department for any employee related affairs such as attendance, leave, transfer and salary adjustments etc.
• Handle office administration duties such as answering phones, organizing files, drafting letters, scheduling meetings etc.
• Ad hoc assignments as required by the immediate line of authority.

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administration aspects

• Superior organization and coordination skills
• Multitasking and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
