A.  POSITION PURPOSE:
 
To support the compensation & benefits team's day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws

 

 

B. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
 
•    Timely enroll newloy joined employees in the biometric access system to facilitate accurate attendance tracking
•    Regularly verify attendance records to ensure accuracy for payroll processing
•    Provide responsive support to employees encountering issues or discrepancies related to their attendance, addressing deviations efficiently
•    Manager and grant appropriate access to the attendance management system for relevant employees, ensuring permissions align with job roles and responsibilities
•    Oversee creation of work shifts and effectively link them to specific branches
•    Generate reports for attendance verification and management weekly requirements
•    Verify sick leave documents and include adjustments in payroll processing
•    Configure and maintain employee workflows within the HRMS

 


C.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
 
•    Bachelor’s Degree 
•    Minimum two years of experience in payroll processing in the UAE.
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
•    Strong understanding of the UAE labor laws.
•    Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau). 
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
•    Able to work independently and as part of the team.
