  1. POSITION PURPOSE:

 

To lead the Administration Section for efficiently administering official requests, employment visas and contracts, while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. 

 

  1. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES :

 

    • Oversee visa preparation, application, issuance, and renewal, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Support visa transfers between Emirates and across the Group and its subsidiaries.
    • Stay informed about regulatory changes by engaging with government bodies and monitoring alerts from relevant authorities such as the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP), the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), and the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates (CBUAE).
    • Communicate regulatory updates and compliance requirements to internal stakeholders.
    • Manage regulatory risks, prevent operational disruptions and penalties, and enhance compliance by proactively aligning internal processes with changes in regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure the accuracy and regular updating of employee profiles in the Tawteen System of the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates (CBUAE) to meet Emiratization requirements, and maintain all records of the Administration Section in the designated record-keeping system.
    • Address issues related to visas, work permits, and employment contracts.
    • Review and verify employee reimbursement claims in accordance with policy guidelines.
    • Prepare and submit periodic activity reports for the Administration Section to management.
    • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the immediate line of authority.

 

  1. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
  • Minimum of eight years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large-scale organization in the UAE
  • In-depth knowledge of Central Bank’s Tawteen system, with the ability to monitor and ensure organizational compliance
  • Updated knowledge of local employment laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Strong skills in preparing and submitting HR reports, including Tawteen compliance, employee data, and other workforce information, ensuring compliance with Central Bank requirements as needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic Speaker is required.
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
