A. POSITION PURPOSE:
To accurately perform all remittance transactions and other service transactions for customers.
B. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
•Provide fast, excellent and error free services to customers in a professional manner, adhering to the SGOT Rule (Smile – Greet – Offer- Thank).
• Respect and comply with AML rules, policy and procedures at all times.
• Collect all supporting documents for conducted transactions and arrange for filing according to the uniform filing system and AML policies of the company. Arrange the transfer of such documents to the warehouse.
• Resolve customer complaints independently whenever possible.
• Read, understand, sign and follow all circulars from the Head Office or Admin Office.
• Forward technical support requisitions to the Admin Office.
• Adhere to office guidelines and maintain a neat and clean counter, drawers, tables and workplace.
• Attend all telephone calls and provide transfer rates or information as required by callers.
• Identify and engage potential customers or business opportunities.
• Provide adequate and necessary information whenever required to Head Office, Administration Office or various departments of the company.
• Promote and cross sell of new products and service introduced by the company among customer
• Convey his/her training needs to Branch Managers and attend official training programs
• Adhoc assignments as required by the immediate line of authority
C. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Bachelor’s degree in any stream
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service
• Business Communication English (Oral & Written), Arabic would be an added advantage
• Professional relationship with both internal and external customers
• Customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• UAE driving license would be an added advantage
• Computer Proficiency: MS Word, Excel & Power point.
